How AI and Real Estate Can Give Investors an Edge With Tech Investment Specialist William Lively

MINNEAPOLIS, MN / ACCESSWIRE / January 29, 2021 / The real estate market can be tough to master, even for the most experienced investor. Luckily, investment specialist William Lively has developed a platform that can take much of the guesswork out of investing.

William Lively founded EXtrance, a new blockchain-enabled platform that is changing the game for real estate investors. Three main components set EXtrance apart, according to William Lively full-service interior management, a customized investor dashboard, and a private solicitation marketplace and ecosystem.

The private ecosystem of investors allows EXtrance users to privately solicit investments from others, increasing the number of investment prospects. The full-service interior management system allows investors to lighten their load, outsourcing some of the day to day tasks of investing. The personal profile aspect of the EXtrance system allows users to stay on top of changes in their investments, past performance, and incorporates AI-based analytical tools, providing insights that may otherwise be overlooked.

William Lively has a history in the investment world that has provided him with the experience and insight necessary to create a system to meet the sometimes-complicated needs of today’s investors. William Lively got his start at DCI Capital Advisors, one of the first United States blockchain investment firms. As a firm partner, William Lively’s responsibilities included fundraising and the development of emerging markets.

After a successful career at DCI, William Lively shifted gears in late 2017. He left DCI to co-found SyndEX Labs. As CEO and chairman of SyndEX, he grew the company from a garage startup to a successful $25 million business.

In his three years at SyndEX, William Lively oversaw the development of the first blockchain-based CRE investment system. This system provided large family offices with divestment services. Lively also partnered with IBM during his time at SyndEX. He also worked with the Americas Group to develop SEC-compliant protocols that worked with select broker-dealers and legal counsel.

In May of 2020, Lively resigned from overseeing the day to day operations at SyndEX to fully focus on EXtrance. William Lively continues to support SyndEX through activism and as a stockholder. While Lively was well-accomplished at SyndEX, he’s a visionary who saw a space in the market that needed to be filled, and thus, EXtrance was born. Lively saw that the market needed an AI-based real estate solution that could easily be used by limited partnerships and smaller institutions, both of which tend to be less represented in today’s advanced real-estate technology than larger groups
