As a user of the EXtrance investment platform, you have the option to receive electronic delivery of various documents and communications related to your account, including but not limited to, account statements, trade confirmations, and tax forms. By consenting to electronic delivery and accepting the terms of this disclosure, you agree that EXtrance may provide these documents and communications to you electronically instead of in paper form.
E-Sign Act Consent: You understand and agree that by consenting to electronic delivery, you are consenting to electronic signatures under the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (E-Sign Act) and any other applicable laws. You acknowledge that your electronic signature will have the same legal effect as a physical signature.
Scope of Consent: Your consent to electronic delivery applies to all documents and communications related to your account, including but not limited to, account statements, trade confirmations, tax forms, and other communications. You also understand that you may withdraw your consent to electronic delivery at any time by contacting EXtrance.
Hardware and Software Requirements: In order to receive electronic delivery of documents and communications, you must have access to a computer or mobile device with internet access and an up-to-date web browser. You must also have a valid email address and the ability to access and store electronic documents.
Email Notification: When a document or communication is available for electronic delivery, you will receive an email notification with a link to access the document or communication on the EXtrance platform. You understand that it is your responsibility to maintain an up-to-date email address with EXtrance and to notify EXtrance promptly of any changes to your email address.
By agreeing to this E-Sign and Electronic Delivery Consent Disclosure, you acknowledge that you have read and understand the terms of this disclosure, and that you consent to receive documents and communications related to your account electronically.
